We ask that all of our Members / Customers have their wine orders delivered to their office / workplace … if at all possible.

Because an Adult Signature is required … and someone 21 years or older must sign for each wine delivery … most of our Members / Customers choose to have their wine delivered to their office / workplace.

This helps to ensure a successful delivery the 1st time an attempt is made by UPS … instead of failed attempts and unsuccessful deliveries made to home addresses where no one is home … or an Adult is not available to sign for and receive the wines.

In order to ensure your wine arrives in peak condition, PALAZZO WINE ships UPS 2-Day Air, unless otherwise noted. In addition, during periods of high temperatures, at our discretion we will utilize ice-packs in the shippers to protect wine shipments from possible heat damage.

If a home delivery is attempted by UPS and fails because no one is home… or an Adult is not present to sign for & receive the wines…the packaged wine is then re-routed and re-scheduled for delivery at a later date … exposing the wines to possible damage and/or loss.

A tremendous amount of effort and hard work goes into the making, packaging & delivering of our PALAZZO WINES to you, our customers. The only way we can ensure the wine has been handled properly and there has been integrity throughout the entire shipping process, is to ask that all wine shipments be delivered to an office / workplace … where an Adult 21 years or older is present to sign for and receive the wines.

In that way we are able to guarantee that the quality of the wine that arrives ... is the quality you expected!
