Shipping Policy

To ensure your wine arrives in peak condition Palazzo Wine ships UPS
2-Day & 3-Day Air, to a business address, unless otherwise noted. In addition, during periods of high temperatures we will utilize ice packs in the shipper at our discretion to protect wine shipments from possible heat damage.

Because we ship UPS 2-Day & 3-Day Air, our shipping costs are therefore a
little higher than other wineries that choose to ship UPS Ground. Nevertheless, it's the only way we can ensure the wine has been handled properly and that there is integrity throughout the shipping process. And, most importantly, that the quality of the wine that arrives on your doorstep is the quality you expect!

Please note it may take several days to process and package your order. We
will email you the shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as
your order ships.

PALAZZO WINE Allocation Club Membership will automatically renew annually … unless we are otherwise notified. Prior to each wine shipment, you will receive an email from us giving you the option to modify and update the allocation / quantity of wines you would like to receive in that shipment, and/or modify and update your shipping or credit card information.

Club Membership can be cancelled any time prior to a wine shipment.

All prices are subject to California Sales Tax and Shipping & Handling costs.
